Favorite Mac and Cheese

After all the recipes we have tried, we like this one the best. And it's VERY easy to make:)

1 (8 ozs) package elbow macaroni
1 (8 ozs) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (12 ozs) container small curd cottage cheese
1 (8 ozs) container sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta and drain. In a 13x9 pan, stir together macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Bake 30-35 minutes.

Serves 6
