Baked Egg Omelet

7 eggs
5 slices bread, in pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 cups diced ham or fried bacon
2 cups milk

Whisk the eggs and milk together. Mix all ingredients together and put into a 13x9 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown and puffy on top.
